Nicole Helmuth

  • Nicole is often one of the first people customers connect with. From answering questions and preparing residential quotes to coordinating projects, she helps keep everything organized from the office. She's known for listening well and making customers feel heard and understood. Nicole enjoys building an environment where projects keep moving and customers feel confident every step of the way. Outside of work, she's a Formula 1 fan and enjoys following the racing season.

Allison Stoltzfus

  • Allison helps keep commercial projects organized by making sure the team has the information, materials, and support they need before work begins. She's known for staying organized, working efficiently, and helping projects stay on schedule. Allison wants every customer to feel seen and know they're working with someone who's invested in helping them accomplish their goals—not just complete another task. When she's not at work, she loves traveling and exploring new places.

Cory Stoltzfus

  • Cory helps contractors and commercial clients bring their projects to life through quality glazing work and thoughtful problem-solving. With more than a decade of industry experience, he's known for his attention to detail and his ability to find solutions when challenges arise. Cory wants every customer to feel confident that the job will be done right. He approaches every project with integrity and a commitment to quality.

Doug Martin

  • With more than 40 years of glazing experience, Doug helps fabricate quality glass products while sharing his knowledge with both customers and coworkers. He's known for treating every project as if it were going into his own home and takes great pride in his workmanship. Doug wants customers to feel confident knowing their project is in experienced hands.

Phil Stoltzfus

  • Phil works closely with homeowners to help them design custom shower door solutions that fit their homes and their style. He's known for his friendly, personable approach and for building relationships that last beyond the project itself. Phil wants every customer to feel that their project is just as important to RGU as it is to them. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and six children, playing guitar, and grilling for family and friends.

Tyler Stoltzfus

  • Tyler works with customers from the planning stage through installation, helping solve challenges and find practical glass solutions. He's known for his attention to detail and his ability to think creatively when projects don't go exactly as expected. Tyler wants every customer to know that every project—big or small—matters. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, playing seven different instruments, and taking his dog, Pascal, on runs.

Tristan Hertzler

  • Tristan specializes in custom shower enclosures and mirrors, helping homeowners bring their vision to life with careful craftsmanship. He's known for his exceptionally high standards and commitment to doing every installation well. Tristan wants every customer to feel heard and confident that their project has been completed to last for years to come. Outside of work, you'll often find him on the river or lake with his wife and children or working on an old truck.

George Yoder

  • George brings a background in construction to his role as a glazier at RGU, helping homeowners improve their spaces through quality glass work and careful installation. He’s known for being a strong leader, having a solid work ethic, and taking pride in leaving a customer’s home better than he found it. Most importantly, George wants customers to feel comfortable when he’s in their home—like they’re working with a good friend who genuinely cares about the job. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and shooting archery.

Drew Chupp

  • Drew supports both the storefront and shower glass teams, stepping in wherever he's needed to help projects move forward. He's known for his friendly personality, flexibility, and willingness to help. Drew wants customers to feel comfortable and confident that they've made the right choice by working with RGU. When he's not working, you'll usually find him fishing or hunting.

Tristan Kemp

  • Tristan works alongside the commercial installation team, helping install storefront systems and supporting projects in the field. He's known for his strong work ethic and desire to continually improve his skills. Tristan wants customers to leave every project satisfied with the finished result. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and playing volleyball.

Mike Stoltzfus

  • Mike leads RGU's commercial operations, helping contractors plan projects, coordinate schedules, and find practical glass solutions that keep jobs moving. He's known for being steady, dependable, and paying close attention to the details that make projects successful. Mike's goal is for every customer to know they can trust RGU to do what they say they'll do—and do it with excellence. When he's away from work, you'll usually find him spending time with his wife and four children, hiking, playing pickleball, or exploring somewhere new.

Gin Stoltzfus

  • Gin keeps the business running behind the scenes, overseeing accounting while helping support both the team and customers. She's known for her flexibility and positive attitude, always working to make life a little easier for the people around her. Gin wants every customer to know they'll be connected with the right person and cared for from start to finish. She believes kindness and encouragement should be part of every interaction.
