At Reflections Glass Upstate, we stand behind the products we provide and the work we perform. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and manufacturer, while our installation labor is backed by our own 5-year labor warranty.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the glass products and materials we provide are covered by warranties offered by their respective manufacturers. Coverage, warranty periods, and exclusions vary by product and manufacturer.

If a product is determined to be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, standard labor charges may still apply for removal, replacement, or installation.

Copies of applicable manufacturer warranties are available upon request. Contact us if you have questions about the warranty coverage for a specific product.

5-Year Labor Warranty

Reflections Glass Upstate provides a 5-year warranty on our installation labor for both residential and commercial projects.

If you believe there is an issue related to our installation workmanship within five years of the original installation, contact us and we will inspect the issue to determine the appropriate next steps.

If we determine that the issue resulted from an installation error covered by our labor warranty, repair or replacement will be limited to the original items provided and installed by Reflections Glass Upstate.

Any additional products, materials, repairs, or work outside of the original installation are the responsibility of the property owner.
